According to a recent report published by the University of Southern California, only 7.5% of executives in the music industry are Black. In an effort to increase the hiring of Black professionals in the music industry, Diverse Representation and Color Of Change’s #ChangeMusic initiative have partnered to create the first-ever database of Black music professionals.
